Cheron

When I saw this pendant I had immediate visions of a black and white, white and black necklace. I knew I didn't have the stones I wanted to complete this, but I've been gathering them. I'm really pleased with what I've ended up with.

Cheron features a black and white pendant, approximately 2.8cm (1¼") long, by just over 2cm (just under 1") wide. I'm not sure what the stone actually is, the lady in the shop said she thought it was simply marble. I thought it was possibly something like chrysanthemum stone, but I'm really not sure.

The pendant sits between bali silver beads, and suspends a "tassel" of hematite, snowflake obsidian, howlite, and mother of pearl. From the top of the pendant to the bottom of the tassel is approx 6cm (2½").

The choker itself features on the black and white side, black onyx, rainbow moonstone, howlite, and mother of pearl, with tiny little silver bullet beads as separators. The white and black side features rainbow moonstone, black onyx, snowflake obsidian, and the little silver bullet beads.

This choker is named after a Star Trek episode called Let that be your last battlefield. This episode featured a planet called Cheron, inhabited by two warring races, one black and white, the other white and black. The same, but different.

Cheron is approximately 43cm long (17") - which is quite short -this is definitely a choker, and features a silver toggle clasp.

The price is AU$72.00 including postage within Australia, or AU$77.00 including postage internationally. Registration is not possible for international mail, and no responsibility is taken for lost postal items. (but what's that in my money?)
