Last time I went camping I was given a gift of a handful of copper-dipped gum leaves. They're absolutely stunning. I'd credit the artist here, if I knew who it was. (Let me know if you do!)
This copper necklace is quite different... spiral ended links, with kinky middles meet up with plain wire towards the back, which is fastened by a copper plated pewter S clasp. The front "link" is home to four dipped gum leaves, a sprig of gum blossom, and tight spirals, with tiny copper balls on them. The whole length is wrapped again with the same finer copper wire which is used for the leaves. The heavy wire is a paler pinkish colour than the lighter wire, which is quite bright.
Glowing Gum is approximately 54cm long (21¼"), and is not adjustable.
This is most definitely a one of a kind piece - you'll never see anyone else wearing another like this!
