Tiny glass seed beads are chained together in alternating singles and pairs on lovely gold toned wire to make this gorgeous Gold Seeds necklace. It measures 39cms (approx 15½ inches) in circumference when the lobster clasp is done up.
The extension chain to weigh the clasp down, thereby keeping it at the back of the neck, measures a further 6½cms (2½ inches) & is decorated at the end with three more beads and a final bead wrapped up in a tiny spiral.
Each rainbow coloured glass bead on Gold Seeds (the colours resemble that of the rainbow created with a fine layer of oil on water) is approximately 2mm wide, making this a very fine piece of jewellery. As such, it is quite delicate and is perfect for those special occasions when you are dressed in your finest.
The pictures of Gold Seeds show the beads to look pink and orange, but when seen with the naked eye, the beads give an overall look of purples, blues and pinks, as well as oranges.
Gold Seeds is long enough to be worn as a medium length necklace, but can also be doubled around the wrist to be worn as a beautiful bracelet.
