Tribal Poppy features three stamped Karen Hill Tribe silver pendants. These pendants are handmade by the people of the Karen tribe in Indonesia using 99% silver. Each 2cm (¾ of an inch) long pendant is placed between a tiny, shiny sterling silver bead on each side.
Red Poppy Jasper beads, some dark red with bright patches, some lighter red with darker patches and some with clear inclusions, make up the rest of this close-fitting necklace, all chained together on sterling silver wire.
From the centre moving outwards, the poppy jasper beads form a subtle pattern. Single beads sit between and on either side of the pendants, then a pair of beads sit together. Three beads are next and then four in a row. Each of these sets of beads are separated by a single tiny sterling silver bead.
Tribal Poppy measures 38cm (15 inches) and is fastened behind the neck with a sturdy sterling silver trigger clasp.
