Pearls and crystals, and handcrafted silver, what better for a bride to wear on her wedding day?
The Wedding Cake is suspended at the end of a string of tiny freshwater pearls, and swarovski crystals, and features three tiny facetted cubic zirconias set into the rose-like swirls around the top of the "cake". The "cake" is heavily textured, both top and bottom, with "piped" patterns on the sides. Dangling underneath it are three silver wires, with captured swarovski crystals, and each tipped by a handcrafted solid silver heart. The largest is highlighted with 22k gold, the smallest features a diamond-like cubic zirconia, and the middle one features something blue - a sapphire coloured cubic zirconia.
This piece has been formed by hand, from PMC (precious metal clay) and then fired. The wire is sterling silver, as is the gorgeous heart shaped toggle clasp, and the tiny balls surrounding the crystals amongst the pearls.
Wedding Cake measures approx 48cm (19") down to the top of the "cake", with the cake itself being approx 1.5cm (¾") across, and the longest dangle measuring approx 8cm (3").
